Return Policy

We will gladly accept returns and exchanges that comply with our return policy. Please read our full Return Policy below carefully before you make a purchase decision or would like to make a return or an exchange. We want you fully satisfied with your purchase.

Please note that we only refund your money in case the product is defective. We do not refund shipment costs.

 

Upon receiving your order, please match product(s) to enclosed packing slip verifying that everything is correct. Please inspect all items for any manufacturing defects.

 

If trying on a garment, please make sure you do not have any lotion, wounds or open areas on your skin. For Bra’s, please put on a T-shirt first so the Bra does not touch your skin.

      

Only items that are defective can be returned for credit.  Garments that do not fit and have not been worn can be exchanged for the correct size.  All returns and exchanges require a Return Authorization Number (RA#) before returning.  

 

If wrong size bandage/foam or other bandaging supply was ordered, these can be exchanged for the correct size if in the original package and unused.  Foam Rolls cannot be returned or exchanged.  Shipping charges will apply.  Open Foam Rolls, books, videos, CDs, specialty foams cannot be returned or exchanged. 

 

Returns 

 

Refunds will NOT be given on products that have been opened, worn or that are not in their original packaging.  Any product(s) that smell of smoke, perfume, lotions, laundry detergent or pet/human hair is not refundable. Returns that come back in their original packaging with damaged boxes, ripped labels, torn bags etc will be subjected to a 50% restocking fee if the product return is accepted. 

 

 

 

ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A 20% RE-STOCKING FEE.

RETURNS MUST BE RECEIVED WITHIN 30 DAYS TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A REFUND!
 

**Returns must be shipped back to us using a sturdy corrugated cardboard box (NOT an envelope). Boxes must be packaged well with bubbles, peanuts etc. If the package is damaged in transit due to improper packaging, the return will not be accepted and any claims would need to be followed up by the customer with the carrier that was used to return the items. We encourage you to use UPS for returns so you have a tracking # and the ability to file a claim in case of damages. Using REGULAR MAIL and PRIORITY MAIL for your return is at your own risk. If we do not receive your package then the customer must follow up with the carrier as to the location of the package.

 

**Our shipping cost will be removed from the refund amount.

 

Manufacturer Defects  

       
Any manufacturers defect found within 10 days of wearing should be returned to us for a complete evaluation to be done by the manufacturer.  We will contact you when we receive the results from the manufacturer’s evaluation.  Worn garments must be laundered before returning.  Garments returned to us unlaundered will be returned unevaluated, dictated by Federal Health Statutes.

 

Refused Delivery 


Purchases refused at the time of delivery will be refunded minus shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee.

 

Requesting a Return

      
For a request Return or an Exchange, please call our offices 800 770 1032 for an RMA#. Please provide the following information: Purchasers Name, Order/Invoice Number, the products Catalog Number that is coming back to us, reason for return, and the course of action that is being requested.  ANY ORDER RETURNED WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER WILL RECEIVE A 50% RESTOCKING FEE.
