What is a Doff N' Donner?
The Doff N’ Donner is a water balloon used to doff and don compression garments of all shapes, styles and compressions. What makes the Doff N’ Donner different from other devices is that it is a Doffer as well as a Donner. It is unique in that it is an assistive device that conforms to the garment rather than the garment being stretched to it. This greatly increases the life of the garment.
The Doff N’ Donner was invented by a caregiver for other caregivers with a “push” mentality rather than the “pull” donning strategy employed by patients. It was then developed to make it easier for patients to use themselves.
Because the Doff N’ Donner places the garment, it rolls right over bandages, freshly lotioned or wet limbs and even scar management pads.
The Donner: This is the device that rolls the garment both on and off of the leg. You can also store the garments rolled on the Donner for later use.
The Cone - On sale for $32.95 (Original price $39.95)
This is the device that "loads" or helps roll the stocking onto the Donner. This device works better for open toe garments, however we have found it to works well with all garment types. The base of the cone attaches to any clean flat surface using a suction cup. Please note: The power of the suction cup may leave behind a ring when used on a stained finished surface.
