Cutimed® Siltec® B is a super absorbent, silicone foam dressing with a gentle adhesive border that works even under pressure to provide superior fluid and wound management for moderate to highly exuding wounds

Part of the BSN Medical family of products, Cutimed® Siltec® B features a multi-layered approach to "lift and lock" exudate away from the wound, reducing the risk of skin maceration:

• Smart Pore Structure - allows for vertical absorption of exudate, resulting in less maceration
• Silicone Wound Contact Layer - Protects surround skin and allows for pain free dressing changes
• Upper Layer of Super Absorbent Particles - ensures reliable fluid absorption and retention, even under pressure
• Film Backing Layer - Provides a highly breathable layer of water repellant protection and high MVTR, helping to maintain a moist wound healing environment

The gentle adhesive border of Cutimed® Siltec® B ensures that the dressing will stay securely in place, but won’t harm or irritate peri-wound skin. Indicated for use in treating pressure ulcers, diabetic ulcers, venous leg ulcers, arterial ulcers and skin grafts.
