Kinesio Tex Gold

Kinesio Tex Tape is made of 100% cotton and has elastic properties.  It is this property that allows Kinesio Tex Tape to work with the soft tissue of the body without restricting it. 

The tape is latex free and can be left in place for 3-4 days. There are many ways to apply kinesio tape and depending on the technique used the tape can:

1. Correct muscle function

2. Improve circulation of blood and lymph

3. Relieve pain.

4. Eliminate swelling

 The special techniques needed to apply the tape are described in the instructional books and video.

Classes with hands on instruction are the best way to learn how to use Kinesio Tape for the different conditions.
