When used to treat venous conditions such as venous disease, these Velcro compression wraps for legs and feet are worn to provide gradient compression to help promote the flow of blood through the venous system, helping to prevent the development or advancement of more severe circulatory-related illness. A Velcro compression wrap is also ideally suited for applying compression to help treat chronic wounds such as venous ulcerations.

Heavy-duty yet lightweight, the CircAid Juxtalite HD (Heavy Duty) compression wraps can be worn day or night (thanks to easily the juxtaposed interlocking adjustable bands - simply loosen the bands at bedtime). You can also choose your desired compression level using the BPS "built-in-pressure" guide card that allows you to achieve 20-30 mmHg, 30-40 mmHg, or 40-50 mmHg of gradient compression. The CircAid Juxtalite HD (Heavy Duty) compression wrap can be worn with a CircAid Juxtafit Essentials compression wrap for the upper leg (thigh) for treating lymphedema of the leg. Newly designed with an optional-use EZ-on panel that holds the compression wrap securely in place, makes application of the CircAid Juxtalite HD (Heavy Duty) lymphedema wraps easier than ever!

To ensure a proper fit for the Juxtalite HD (Heavy Duty) lower leg compression wraps, you will take 4 measurements:

•  - the girth/circumference of the ankle
•  - the girth/circumference of the mid-calf
•  - the girth/circumference of the calf at its widest point
•  - the distance between the bottom of the foot and the knee
