Uniquely designed, the adherent Eclypse super absorbent dressing features a highly absorbent moisture locking system consisting of four layers to to wick moisture and wound exudate away from the wound area effective exudate management and wound healing.

The Eclypse super absorbent dressing consists of four moisture wicking layers for effective exudate management and wound healing:
- Layer 1 - Soft Silicone Contact Layer which gently adheres to the skin, but will not adhere to the wound bed
- Layer 2 - Rapid Wicking Layer which draws exudate from the wound bed, while providing a moist wound healing environment
- Layer 3 - CrystaLock Layer absorbs exudate, locking it and associated bacteria within the dressing reducing the risk of infection
- Layer 4 - Backing Layer helps maintain the dressing, encourages even distribution of exudate and protects the wound site from infection
