The "ready-to-wear" Juxtafit Essentials compression arm wrap is an inelastic lymphedema compression wrap for the arm that affords quick and easy application, making it an excellent alternative to traditional compression arm sleeves for managing lymphedema of the arm. Easily applied with just one hand, the CircAid Juxtafit Essentials arm compression wrap is designed to accommodate changes in your arm size of up to a 5% increase and down to a 10% decrease.

The CircAid Juxtafit Essentials compression arm wrap can be worn day or night (thanks to easily the juxtaposed interlocking adjustable bands - simply loosen the bands at bedtime). You can also choose your desired compression level using the BPS "built-in-pressure" guide card that allows you to achieve 20-30 mmHg, 30-40 mmHg, or 40-50 mmHg of gradient compression. The CircAid Juxtafit Essentials arm compression wrap can be worn with a CircAid Juxtafit Essentials hand compression wrap for treating lymphedema of the arm and hands.

The CircAid Juxtafit Essentials arm compression wrap is available in 6 different sizes (size 1, size 2, size 3, size 4, size 5, and size 6), 3 lengths (extra short, short and long) and 2 arm styles (left arm and right arm).

To ensure a proper fit for the Juxtafit Essentials compression arm wrap, you will take 6 measurements:

•  - the girth/circumference of the wrist
•  - the girth/circumference of the lower arm at its widest point
•  - the girth/circumference of the elbow
•  - the girth/circumference of the mid arm at its widest point
•  - the girth/circumference of the upper arm at its widest point
•  - the distance between the upper arm at the armpit and the wrist
