- - the girth/circumference of the ankle (point A)
- - the girth/circumference of the mid-calf (point B)
- - the girth/circumference of the upper-calf (point C)
- - the girth/circumference of the upper-calf below the knee cap (point C1)
- - the length distance of the leg between the ankle and knee cap (point G)
- - the girth/circumference of the ankle bend (point I)
- - the girth/circumference of the foot at the toes (point J)
- - the length distance of the foot between the heel and toes ((point K)
